Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc. ("TEP") began operations in 1997. we were two structural engineers inspecting towers.
Currently, TEP is a full-service, multi-discipline, turn-key engineering/construction organization with about 100 employees.
We maintain PE/SE/PEng licenses in all US States/Territories and all Canadian Provinces/Territories.
TEP has Unlimited General Contractor's Licenses in FL, NC, SC and TN. Our classifications are Construction, Heavy Highway and
Public Utilities. TEP employs 40 Certified Climbers and Certified Climbing Rescue Instructors. Our Certified Climbers
include eight PE/SE's and Certified Welding Inspector.
While TEP is a multi discipline engineering firm, our core is still towers. Since our founding, TEP designed, climbed,
inspected, constructed and analyzed more than 30,000 towers, water tanks, rooftops and telecommunications sites across
North America, the Middle East and Africa.
TEP is an all-cash company with zero debt, zero loans, zero leases and zero rent. We have full ownership of our offices,
our equipment and our vehicles. TEP is exceptionally stable and secure with a mature staff and little employee turnover.
Those employees are dedicated to providing high quality work at a rapid pace.
