Tower Engineering Professional's structural team, led by Michael L. Gardner, P.E., provides engineering solutions required to bring a telecommunication's structural needs from start to finish.
Our design team is responsible for a wide range of services that includes: design and analysis of towers, foundations, platforms, water tanks, rooftops, and various other structures that support the telecommunications industry.
TEP completes design and analysis work using the Telecommunications Industry Association/Electronic Industries Association (TIA/EIA) Standard as well as the various State building codes and other enforced design standards in practice
today. For structures not meeting these codes and standards, modifications are designed and drawn by our staff of highly experienced engineers. These same engineers also aid in the completion of tower mappings and inspections by combining
our efforts with our inspection's department personnel. In combining field experience with our staff's structural knowledge, TEP can offer insight to our customers that few companies can match.
